The DeKalb County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest connected to a fatal shooting that occurred in November. According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the victim, 28-year-old Antonio Adler, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a green Toyota Corolla in the parking lot of the Shops at Water's Edge on Rockbridge Road.
Adler’s mother, Juanique Carrington, spoke with FOX 5 Atlanta and said her son had just visited the barbershop and was attempting to leave the parking lot when he was shot. Surveillance video captured images of Adler and an unidentified man in the area shortly before the incident.
DeKalb County Police recently released two photos of a man described as a “subject” in the investigation, as reported by Atlanta News First. He is seen wearing a backpack and a long-sleeved T-shirt with a skeleton design. His identity and connection to the case have not been confirmed.
Anyone with information that could help identify the individual is asked to contact the DeKalb County Police Homicide/Assault Unit at 770-724-7850.
