They also say Quinones-Hollins represented Lynn in a different federal case in 2020, where their communications should have been protected by attorney-client privilege, according to Click2Houston.
Lynn Price is accused of orchestrating a June 2020 arson against Bar 5015, a rival establishment. His indictment last month brought charges that, until then, had gone unresolved for years. Claims from The Houston Chronicle suggest that his initial indictment was substantially aided by John Lee Price's cooperation with the FBI, following his own separate legal troubles involving drug charges.
