
A local Jupiter man, aged 67, turned a $5 investment into a $1 million reward after purchasing a scratch-off lottery ticket. Inocencio Cintron opted for a lump-sum payment amounting to $605,016 from the Florida Lottery, finding fortune with 'The Cash Wheel' game, as reported by CBS12.
According to details released by the Florida Lottery and confirmed through WFLX, Cintron purchased the ticket from the Stop N Shop Food store in Tequesta, a seller that is now richer by a $2,000 commission for their pivotal role in the winning scenario the ticket that led to his windfall was bought from the same store, located at 391 Seabrook Road.
The Cash Wheel scratch-off game not only promises big wins but also offers numerous cash prizes totaling over $62 million, as evidenced by the joyous turn of events for Cintron. Cintron beat the odds to win the $1 million prize, which had a 1-in-2,963,170 chance of being won. Overall, the odds of winning any prize were 1-in-4.05.
