The search for Catrelle Reed, a man last known to be contacted on Thursday, continues as the Kewanee Police Department (KPD) turns to the public for assistance. WQAD reports that Mr. Reed could be recognized by his distinctive tattoos, featuring a rose on his hand and wings on his neck, in addition to several other tattoos on his upper body, and he was possibly wearing brown boots, blue jeans, and a high-visibility vest at the time he was last seen.

The KPD, according to 25News, has already canvassed neighborhoods and used Flock cameras, cell phone forensics, and drone operations in their search efforts, no vehicle description is available, and there is no confirmed location from which Reed disappeared, the community has been asked to aid in the search and to come forward with any potential sightings or information that might lead to locating Reed.

Investigators utilized a multitude of resources during the search, as WQAD elaborates, with search efforts extending to areas where Reed's vehicle was thought to have been driven and later parked near his residence, and camera footage near these areas being requested and reviewed.

Community members with any information regarding the whereabouts of Catrelle Reed are urged to contact KPD at 309-853-1911 or to call 911. The Kewanee Police Department also thanks the community for their concern and the support they have already shown, and their continued willingness to assist. "We understand the public’s desire for information and are committed to providing updates as often as possible," KPD said in a statement.
