The victim, whose identity has yet to be released, found himself embroiled in a heated exchange while seated inside his car around 2:45 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Spaulding Avenue, the argument escalated when he stepped out of his vehicle and the other driver, remaining within the confinement of his car, pulled out a gun and shot the man multiple times, as reported by the Chicago Sun-Times.
