According to a report from the City of Portland, Oregon, officers received a call at 7:03 a.m. about shots being fired at Northwest Naito Parkway near the Steel Bridge. The situation escalated to a tragic conclusion with the discovery of a man, now confirmed dead on the scene.
Details of the incident remain sparse, with the shooters having made an escape before law enforcement arrived. As of now, no arrests have been announced. The ordeal has prompted the closure of Northwest Naito Parkway between Northwest Everett Street and Northwest Ironside Terrace, as reported by the City of Portland, Oregon.
