Officers with the Jupiter Police Department found themselves responding to a domestic disturbance call yesterday morning that escalated into a shooting incident. According to CBS12, the officers arrived at a residence in the 1000 block of Town Hall Avenue around 8 a.m. to find an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound.
The injured man, found by the officers, was given immediate medical attention and later rushed to St. Mary’s Medical Center by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue for further treatment. While the specifics around the incident remained under wraps, authorities reassured the community that there is no ongoing threat to the public, and the matter is under a thorough investigation.
