A man has been charged with attempted criminal homicide after a violent altercation on Lischey Avenue. According to a report by Nashville.gov, Ta His Noh, 33, stood accused of the shooting that took place last Wednesday at 9:15 p.m., leaving a man in critical condition.
Witnesses told authorities that Noh appeared at the victim's residence heavily intoxicated, fearing for his life from his own co-workers at a nearby greenhouse. The girlfriend of the injured party, a fellow employee, invited her boyfriend to the apartment to address Noh’s concerns. While attempting to convince Noh to leave the premises, three shots rang out, striking the victim in the throat, carried to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with his life hanging by a thread.
Noh's actions have also led to charges of gun possession during the commission of a felony. As of the latest reporting, he's behind bars, with the bond set at a hefty $125,000.
