
The Broward Sheriff's Office is urgently requesting the assistance of the public in locating Taheem Isaiha Nance, a 25-year-old man reported missing from Oakland Park since April 10. WSVN reports that Nance was last observed in the vicinity of the 2300 block of West Oakland Park Boulevard around 7:30 p.m.
Nance is described as standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, he was dressed in a blue jacket and sweatpants at the time he disappeared; the description has been widely disseminated in hopes that individuals might recognize him and provide assistance to the authorities. Moreover, it's been shared by the sheriff's office that Nance's family has indicated he suffers from mental illness, adding a layer of urgency to the search efforts; the official post from the Broward Sheriff echoes this concern.
