For those in Surprise with a knack for interlocking pieces and strategic teamwork, the City of Surprise Parks & Recreation Department proposes a challenge. On Friday, June 13, they are hosting the Family & Friends Puzzle Challenge at the Sierra Montana Recreation Center. According to an announcement from the city's official news release, the event is set from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will test competitors with a 500-piece puzzle.

While each team may feature up to four cunning puzzle enthusiasts, they only need to register once. Arriving with enough time to spare, 30 minutes early is advisable; this allows teams to enjoy the provided refreshments and get settled for the mental marathon ahead.
