A woman was found with a stab wound at the intersection of Walnut Street NW and Magnolia Street NW in Atlanta yesterday afternoon. Atlanta Police responded to the scene at approximately 4:07 PM following reports of a stabbing, according to a news release from the Atlanta Police Department.
The 36-year-old victim was discovered with a stab wound to her back. She was alert and breathing when officers arrived. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Her current condition has not been disclosed.
The Atlanta Police Department’s Aggravated Assault Unit is investigating the incident.
