Utah is prepping to welcome several teams to its turf at the Jon M. Huntsman Center. Among the visitors are Arizona, Iowa State, TCU, Houston, UCF, and Oklahoma State, the latter of which previously fell to the Utes in a resounding 83-62 home victory, Utah's inaugural Big 12 Conference win in their own house on Jan. 11. It seems the Utes are eager to repeat last year's performance, albeit with added pressure and expectations.
Conversely, the Utes are gearing up for road challenges, as they will face off against Cincinnati, West Virginia, Kansas, Kansas State, Texas Tech, and Baylor away from home. Notably, travels to Allen Fieldhouse, Bramlage Coliseum, and United Supermarkets Arena are marked as firsts for the team due to the recent conference realignment, adding some intrigue to the season's itinerary. These venues, known for their intense atmospheres and zealous fan bases, will test Utah's mettle as conference competitors in unfamiliar territories.
