The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is actively seeking information on the whereabouts of a 37-year-old man, Christopher Hathaway, who has been reported missing in the vicinity of Fort Lauderdale. As noted in a report from WSVN, Hathaway was last seen Wednesday evening near the 300 block of West State Road 84.
Detective Chris Blankenship, who is leading the investigation, is urging the public to come forward with any details that might help to quickly locate Hathaway. The man is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes, and is also noted to have multiple tattoos. He was last spotted wearing a blue shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. According to information obtained by Local10, Hathaway’s family has expressed concern due to a medical condition that necessitates him to take medication regularly.
BSO officials did not specify the nature of the condition, but emphasized the urgency of finding Hathaway due to his health concerns.
