Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. alongside charges for manufacturing and possession of illegal substances.
Byrd, who lists his residence on the same Southside block, faces three felony counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, one felony count for firing into an occupied vehicle, and another felony count for cocaine manufacturing/delivery of less than 15 grams.
