The Chicago Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in the search for Michael Lang, a 63-year-old man reported missing since mid-April of 2025. Lang, described as male with a height of six feet one inch and a weight of 245 pounds, has blue eyes and gray hair. His last known contact was on April 16, 2025, according to a missing person alert from the Chicago Police Department.
Familiar with multiple areas within the city, he is known to have recently frequented spots near Foster and Pulaski Rd; Foster and Western Ave, and in Rogers Park. Wandering the streets which he once called home, Lang known by friends as "Mike," carries a fair complexion that mixes into the cityscape, a needle lost amidst the haystack of urban ebb and flow. The Chicago Police Department has not provided information on his attire at the time of his disappearance.
The Area 5 Detectives are heading the investigation and have urged anyone with information about Lang's whereabouts to contact them at (312) 746-6554, referencing NIC #M088458078.
