The Chicago Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 37-year-old John Zajac, a resident of the Englewood neighborhood. Zajac was reported missing after he was last seen by his family on May 25.
According to the Chicago Police Department, Zajac is a white male with blue eyes, brown hair, a light complexion, standing at 5'7", and weighing 179 pounds. Authorities urge the public to share any sightings or information about his last known whereabouts, dated May 27, as details of his disappearance remain scarce.
