A cornerstone for authentic Italian cuisine and notable for its extensive wine list called "Enoteca," as detailed by Local 10.
There was no explicit reason provided for the restaurant's closure, but it bows out with a nod to tradition, having served its final dishes and drinks on Father's Day. Sardinia, owned by Chef Pietro Vardeu and restaurateur Antonio "Tony" Gallo, was known for its warm offerings straight from the wood-burning oven. Along with its pasta and grilled fare, the establishment featured about 300 bottles of wine, and Prosecco imported from Italy, reported the Miami Herald.

Other notable closures include Michelin-recommended Sereia and the Michelin-starred EntreNos planning to cease service by the end of June.
