A teenager was hospitalized following a stabbing incident at a party in Fallbrook, authorities reported. The episode unfolded yesterday at a residence on the 1700 block of Calmin Drive. Upon their arrival shortly before 2:00 AM, deputies discovered a 16-year-old boy suffering from a stab wound considered non-life-threatening. He was promptly taken to a local hospital to receive medical attention.
According to details released by the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, as they attended to the victim, deputies noted a vehicle speeding away from the scene. The said vehicle subsequently crashed into a building located on the 1600 block of E. Mission Road, apprehending four individuals connected with the stabbing investigation.
A loaded firearm was found in the possession of one Acey Perez, born on August 12, 2006, among those detained. The other individuals identified in the vehicle were Angel Martinez (DOB 01/05/2007), Roman Ortiz (DOB 02/26/2002), and a 16-year-old juvenile whose name has not been disclosed.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers responded to the crash site to carry out a collision investigation while detectives from the Fallbrook Sheriff's Substation pursued their inquiries into the stabbing.
