The compromised information included patient names, birthdates, medical record numbers, and clinical details. Jackson Health System has notified those affected by the breach.

This breach follows a separate case involving a former Chief Operating Officer of the Jackson Health Foundation, who was charged with embezzling funds through false invoices and kickbacks, as previously reported.
