The Special Traffic Investigations unit indicated that on May 18th, a verbal altercation escalated aboard a car traveling east on Interstate 10, leading to 31-year-old Raymond Arriola's drastic choice to exit the vehicle while it was still in motion. Arriola suffered serious injuries and was swiftly taken to a local hospital for treatment.
