He was last observed around 6:30 PM on the prior day, walking away from a residence on the 7400 block of North Judson Street in the Linda Vista neighborhood.
Diep is described as a Vietnamese male, standing 5'5" tall, weighing approximately 150 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. In their efforts to quickly and safely find Diep, the police provided a description of his outfit: a long-sleeve green button-up shirt over a gray shirt, complemented by green sweatpants, white socks, and black Puma slides. The details, aiming to equip the public better to identify Diep, were posted on the San Diego Police Department's Facebook page.
