The San Francisco Police Department has amplified its efforts to resolve a chilling double homicide case dating back to 2012, announcing a substantial $225,000 reward for information that could lead to the capture of the perpetrators. Chastity Dollison, 20, and her father, Allen Vance, 39, were tragically killed in an unexpected attack while stranded in their vehicle on Silver Avenue, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
On that fateful night of June 13, 2012, around 10:20 PM, Dollison and Vance, along with a visiting family friend seated in the stillness of a white 2-door Lexus, struck by misfortune with an empty gas tank, became the target of an unforeseen violence. Shots rang out, hitting them in what was their temporary confines until assistance could arrive. Trapped by circumstance, Chastity and Allen were pronounced dead at the scene while the family friend, positioned in the back seat, was wounded but survived.
