The San Francisco Police Department is asking the public for help finding a witness connected to an incident in mid-June. According to a news release from the SFPD's website, the individual in question was seen engaging with a red Tesla Model Y driver on June 14, at around 12:22 PM, during a civilian parade at the corner of Laguna and Market Streets.
The person the SFPD wanted to interview was wearing a yellow vest and fulfilling duties as an event coordinator. This interaction might be a significant piece in an unsolved puzzle that the Strategic Investigation Unit (SIU) is putting together, but details on what the incident entails remain scarce. If anyone has any information on that person's whereabouts, the SFPD encourages them to step forward.
