The undertaking, as described in a release from Broward County, will temporarily replace the existing barrier with a privacy fence during construction to mitigate intrusiveness for nearby residents, following which, the old deteriorated wall will be taken down to make room for the new structure. Like its predecessor in the Franklin Park neighborhood, the wall is promised to bring a sense of renewal and enhanced privacy.
