Davis, suffering from severe postpartum depression, was last seen following her release from the hospital, and since then, she has neither been seen nor heard from. The CPD released this information on July 4th, urging anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts to come forward.
At the time of her disappearance, Davis was described as a female, 5’2″ in height and weighing 102 lbs, with brown eyes and auburn box braids styled in a bun. Wearing a black shirt and gold pants, her distinctive red box braids and dark brown skin were highlighted features that might be recognizable to the public. Although she goes by the name Anitra Davis, she is also known to use the alias "Grace."
The urgency of finding Anitra Davis cannot be understated, given the vulnerability inherent in her recent battles with postpartum depression. Detectives from the Area Two Special Victims Unit are at the helm of this case, emphasizing the need for swift action to ensure Davis’s safety.
