The youth is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. His complexion is noted as light brown. Gadiel's disappearance was first noted in the vicinity of the 5500 block of S. Archer. Community concern has risen sharply since the notice went out on July 9th. Often, runaways or missing youths, identified after only a few days, are quickly found or return home. However, when the community looked after two days, Gadiel was still nowhere to be found. His family and friends have been canvassing the neighborhood, distributing flyers, and asking residents if they've seen Gadiel since his last known sighting.
