A bomb threat yesterday afternoon led to the evacuation of Spring Hill City Hall, but the threat turned out to be a false alarm. The Spring Hill Police Department and fire crews responded to the location on Town Center Parkway after receiving a call about the potential threat, as FOX 17 News reported. Authorities instructed the public to avoid the vicinity while they conducted the necessary precautions to ensure everyone's safety.
Following the evacuation, the Tennessee Highway Patrol was called to the scene with a bomb-sniffing K-9 for a thorough sweep of the premises.
