Miami police have classified Orlando Garcia Fuentes as an endangered adult, based on established criteria for missing persons cases involving older individuals. He was last seen wearing an LA Dodgers hat, a green plaid shirt, dark blue jeans, and sunglasses, according to details shared by Local 10 News.
