The City of Montgomery has once again taken the time to acknowledge the efforts of its residents in beautifying their surroundings, celebrating the Valli household as the winner of the Spring 2025 Seasons of Beauty award. The homeowners, Todd and Colleen Valli, have transformed their traditional residence into a striking spring spectacle, gaining admiration and now official recognition despite this spring's record rainfall. According to the Montgomery Beautification and Tree Commission, their home shone with a vibrant array of blooming trees, flowers, and budding shrubs.
In a landscape that visibly grappled with the wet climes, the Valli's abode stood out, draped in floral regalia. The composition of their front yard masterfully balances color and form, with a grand pin oak and a freshly cut lawn setting the stage for nature’s performance. A flowering pink crabapple and a white viburnum tree serve as natural sentinels on either side of the property. With splashes of yellow and white from varied daffodils, they painted a picture deserving of acclaim, as reported by the City of Montgomery website.
