A man and woman, involved in a grave vehicular homicide case from April in Nashville, were arrested in Wilson County after authorities received a tip about a reckless driver. According to WSMV, the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) dispatched units in response to a call about a motorist who had veered off the road yet continued to drive on two flat tires.

Upon scouring the targeted neighborhood, a Wilson County deputy located the vehicle, concealed at a local residence. The investigation that ensued resulted in the identification of the driver, found to have multiple outstanding warrants from a Nashville vehicular homicide incident. A female accomplice was discovered within the abode and was also wanted on similar charges, along with additional warrants from Sumner County.

WKRN reports that the initial tip came in yesterday. The WCSO utilized resources, including multiple deputies and a corporal, to track and apprehend a driver and a female resident, both linked to the Nashville vehicular homicide case. The WCSO praised the community’s involvement, leading to the pair's arrest. "We would like to thank these Deputies for their keen observation and persistence, as well as the community members who spoke up. Your willingness to report suspicious activity played a vital role in helping get two dangerous individuals off the streets," stated the sheriff’s office.

Reinforcing the sentiment of community vigilance, the Wilson County Sheriff's Office, in a social media post, urged the public, "If you see something, don’t hesitate to say something." The post detailed the deputies' roles and thanked the community for aiding the capture of two individuals deemed a danger to the public.
