Available now, the survey seeks to incorporate citizen feedback into the budget-making process. According to NOLA.gov, the survey "will remain open through Thursday, August 15 at 5 p.m." giving locals ample time to weigh in on fiscal matters. To further this engagement, the City is planning a public meeting in September which will serve as a stage for discussing the proposed FY 2026 budget before it's reviewed by the New Orleans City Council.
