The accused, identified as 42-year-old Thomas Mahoney from Northwest, DC, allegedly committed an unwanted sexual act with a juvenile female and made unwanted sexual contact with a juvenile male, each significantly younger than him, as affirmed by the police department's statement.
Following an investigation, Mahoney was arrested last Thursday, July 17, under a DC Superior Court warrant. He now faces charges of First-Degree and Second-Degree Child Sexual Abuse.
