Last month, Palm Beach County took a decisive step toward modernizing its infrastructure by initiating construction on a new facility for the Planning, Zoning & Building (PZB) Department's Building Division. The project consists of a 58,000-square-foot office building stretched over two floors, a corresponding parking garage, and an elevated walkway for easy access to the existing structures. In a statement obtained by Palm Beach County Newsroom, PZB Executive Director Whitney Carroll expressed enthusiasm about the future. "We're excited for what's ahead, and we look forward to continuing to serve the community in this exceptional new space," said Carroll.
