Violence pierced the serenity of Chapel Hill Park in southwest DeKalb County last Saturday evening when a shooting left three individuals wounded. As per FOX 5 Atlanta, DeKalb Police responded to the scene to find a 19-year-old woman with gunshot wounds. She was quickly transported to the hospital with critical injuries.
Subsequently, two other victims arrived at a local hospital bearing injuries. However, their wounds were not deemed to be life-threatening. According to a report by 11Alive, in addition to the two people who were shot, a third individual was injured by glass that shattered during the incident.
