The ceremonial inauguration, hosted by none other than Mayor Hartke and the City Council, kicks off bright and early at 8:30 a.m. Following hot on the heels of the ribbon-cutting, a session for newcomers and rusty players offered by pickleball instructors will be available from 9 to 11 a.m., the City of Chandler announced. Sporting enthusiasts eager to test out their serve can jump onto the courts post-ribbon-cutting on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 9 a.m.
