However, residents can report gas, water, sewer, or electricity emergencies by calling Clarksville Gas and Water at (931) 645-7400 or (931) 645-0116 after hours, and CDE Lightband at (931) 648-8151. Automated pay-by-phone and online services for billing and service inquiries remain available, as stated by the City of Clarksville.
