In their continued effort to unravel this parking lot puzzle, Clarksville authorities are now turning to the public to possibly glean insight on the individual whose identity is as yet veiled by his choice of dark garb. They implore residents to scrutinize the released surveillance footage and take particular note of the suspect's clothing, mannerisms, and movements. They passionately beseech anyone who might hold a puzzle piece — information or additional video evidence — to come forward.
