Around 11:32 a.m. on Tiny Town Road near Tower Drive, Carr is accused of stopping a car next to the victim’s vehicle and firing multiple shots. The female driver was not hurt. Police say the attack was targeted. The car used in the shooting was later found abandoned, and the passenger is missing, as stated by the Clarksville Police Department.

According to the Clarksville Police Department on their Facebook page, police have issued a warrant for Carr, who may be armed and dangerous.
