Spread over 21 acres at the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Ryan Road, the developing industrial park is expected to host three Class A buildings, each with varying space options to suit different industrial demands, as reported by the City of Chandler. The facilities will provide expansive clear heights and several points of access for deliveries
The district, known for being the fastest-growing employment corridor in Chandler, will gain infrastructure able to support manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial operations. Each of Chandler Innovation Park’s buildings will range from 39,000 to 190,000 square feet, allowing for configurations as small as 20,000 square feet, according to a city news release. "Chandler Innovation Park represents DPC Companies’ commitment to delivering modern, flexible industrial space that fuels regional growth," Vice President of Development at DPC Companies, Tony Kill, stated.
Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke remarked on the project's potential, noting, "This development enhances our city’s position as a hub for innovation and advanced manufacturing," as per the City of Chandler. The site's location near vital transportation links, including Loop 202 and Chandler Municipal Airport, also caters to businesses in search of accessibility and scalability, cementing Chandler's status as an attractive destination for commerce.
