On the night of May 4, a fatal shooting occurred on the 700 block of Glankler Street, resulting in the death of Calbert Shaw-Reed. According to the Memphis Police Department, the shooting took place at approximately 10:18 p.m.
Following an altercation between two males, Shaw-Reed was shot multiple times and transported to Regional One Health, where he later died from his injuries, the MPD reported.
