Sheriff's department, alongside TBI, disseminated an alert for a non-verbal young man who was found alone on the 1100 block of Clinch Valley Road, the young man was described as 6'1", weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes, and despite his inability to communicate his own story, his plight swiftly garnered attention.
