Clarksville Police are asking for the public's help finding 15-year-old Travis Casagrand, a runaway juvenile last seen at approximately 9 a.m. on October 31 at his residence on Martin Street. Investigators say they still need the community's eyes to help bring him home.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, officers are treating the case as a runaway juvenile situation rather than a suspected abduction. As reported by Clarksville Online, Casagrand is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 120 pounds, with strawberry-blond hair and blue eyes. When he was last seen, he was wearing forest green pants, dark-colored boots and a white shirt.
What Police Are Asking Residents To Do
Investigators have not released additional detail on what led to Casagrand leaving home or where he might have gone. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 so an officer can check his status, the same report notes, or to reach out directly to Officer Renfro at 931-648-0656, extension 5432.
Clarksville sits in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Police have issued public appeals in other juvenile cases, too.
A Pattern Of Recent Juvenile Cases In Clarksville
Earlier this fall, police put out a similar appeal for 15-year-old Gabriel Villegas, who was reported last seen on Oct. 9 in the Sugartree Subdivision off Needmore Road, per ClarksvilleNow.com. Villegas was described as 5-foot-6 and about 125 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his right hand, the outlet reported. In that case, detectives believed he might be with his non-custodial mother in Romoland, California, and asked anyone with information to call 911 or contact Detective A. Morgan at 931-648-0656, extension 5594.
No update on Casagrand's whereabouts has been made public since the department's appeal went out. Police continue to ask anyone who sees him or has information on his location to come forward.
