According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the first incident occurred on Monday last week at the Dollar Tree on Gallatin Pike, followed by another on Wednesday last week at the Mt. View Road location. Both robberies took place around 9:45 p.m., shortly before closing time.

Police said the suspect, described by a witness as being very short, used a knife to demand money from employees. Surveillance images of the suspect have been released, and anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
