While keeping an eye on the throngs of people and the pulsing beats spilling over from the vicinity of Fulton Street and 35th Ave, the SFPD officers spotted the trailer aglow with internal light and upon inspection, found Siderio amongst what they suspected were nitrous oxide tanks, near 100 in count, with balloons scattered about, the indicia of what might be intentional distribution. Thomas Siderio faces charges for the distribution or dispensing of nitrous oxide and the possession of nitrous oxide with intent to ingest for intoxication, as per the law enforcement authority.
