A man has been taken into custody in the PGA National community on suspicion of murdering his father. Palm Beach Gardens Police said Ellis Lee, 25, contacted authorities early yesterday to report a violent incident at their home, according to CBS12.
When officers arrived, they found Ellis Lee in the driveway and his father, David Lee, 64, dead inside the home with injuries suggesting an altercation. WPBF reported that Ellis Lee was arrested at the scene and charged with murder.
Police have not released a motive or details on the injuries. The Palm Beach Gardens Police Department stated the investigation is ongoing.
