Starting August 28, drainage work will take place on West Atlantic Boulevard in Coral Springs, between Lakeview Drive and Coral Ridge Drive. The project is expected to continue through December, weather permitting, according to Broward County website.
One lane will be closed during off-peak hours, while the adjacent lane will stay open. Delays are possible when crews are on site. Sidewalk access will remain available throughout the project.
The work, funded by gas tax dollars, involves cleaning, inspection, and point repairs to the drainage system. For questions, residents may contact the Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division at 954-357-6040 or project manager Ronald Chung at 305-322-2923 or [email protected].
