Pulli is described as a white male, with a height of 5'09", a weight of 170 lbs, hazel eyes, and balding gray hair. His last known location was near the 5000 block of North Kenmore Ave. The police, stressing the urgency of the situation, encourage anyone with information about Pulli's whereabouts to come forward, and contact Area 3 SVU, or simply dial 911 if they locate him.
