A woman was fatally shot, and another person was injured during a shooting in St. Louis' Dutchtown neighborhood yesterday afternoon, according to local law enforcement.
Investigators from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene around 2:40 p.m. on the 3600 block of Gasconade Street, following reports of gunfire, First Alert 4 reported.
