According to CBS12, the incident took place around 4 p.m. Tuesday at the crossroads of 6th Avenue South and H Street.
Deputies have geared up their efforts, releasing a photo of the suspect to the public eye, with the hope that someone might recognize him and offer valuable information. The man in question has locs, bears a slight beard, and was last seen wearing a bold black shirt adorned with pink or red stripes.
