For parents in Blount County, ensuring their child's safety in the car has just been made a bit easier thanks to the Blount County Sheriff's Office (BCSO). Sheriff James Lee Berrong announced that BCSO is holding a Child Safety Seat Clinic today. The event, located at the Blount County Justice Center, gives families the chance to consult with certified child passenger safety seat technicians from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. for proper car seat installation.
